MammaRóza is a wine inspired by Rózsi mama, our mater familiae. The blend of Kékfrankos and Pinot Noir is as cheerful, good-natured and lively as our beloved Rózsi mama.
2018 was, in our opinion an optimal vintage for rosé (too): the interplay of a moderate alcohol concentration and the vibrant acidity give nicely balanced wine. Manual harvest in August and September. Controlled fermentation at 14-15 °C. 5 months in stainless steel tanks. Bottled March 2018. Closed with screwcap.
