HEIMANN Barbár 2018
Szekszárd
A deep, smoky, and spicy aroma with notes of very ripe cherry. Excellent balance between richness, fine tannins, and a surprising freshness that allows this wine to glide smoothly across the palate. Long, velvety finish. A blend of Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Tannat, and Kékfrankos.

Early flowering at the end of May was followed by a warm, dry summer. Thanks to quick ripening, we started the harvest at a rapid pace by the end of August. We believe the 2018 wines are layered, tight, and focused in flavor, with dried fruits, sweet spices, and warmth in the aroma. We consider it a vintage suitable for long aging.
